If anyone happens to run across any little heart-shaped candy with writing on it I suggest not eating it. Maybe you have found out already but they do have a strange side effect.

I wouldn't say drugged. It is more that that have been magically altered in some way to allow you too see the memories of another person.

The City does seems to use a lot of magic and I can't think of a drug that would allow you to see some one else's memories. Can you?

I have seen drugs- seen technology- do a great many strange things.

But believing in magic? That is primitive and superstitious.

And very real. I have seen many people use magic, both here and on Cephiro. Magic can be measured by technology of course, it reads as a form of mental energy, but science hasn't been able to fully explain it yet.
