If anyone happens to run across any little heart-shaped candy with writing on it I suggest not eating it. Maybe you have found out already but they do have a strange side effect.

I think is is a pretty common feeling for a soldier to have. A feeling that they would rather die in battle than allow any other kind of death to happen.

[Or maybe not so common, but this seems right to Eagle. ]

Is it so common to think of death so much as to have a preference?

Maybe not. But, it has been something I have had to give a lot of thought to.

We were friends on Autozam before circumstances changed and I led the force that invaded his country. As you can imagine that did place a bit of a strain on our friendship.
