If anyone happens to run across any little heart-shaped candy with writing on it I suggest not eating it. Maybe you have found out already but they do have a strange side effect.

I have seen drugs- seen technology- do a great many strange things.

But believing in magic? That is primitive and superstitious.

And very real. I have seen many people use magic, both here and on Cephiro. Magic can be measured by technology of course, it reads as a form of mental energy, but science hasn't been able to fully explain it yet.

They happen too often really. It feels like there is a new curse every couple of days or so.

Most of them are pretty gentle though and only cause people a slight inconvenience.
