If anyone happens to run across any little heart-shaped candy with writing on it I suggest not eating it. Maybe you have found out already but they do have a strange side effect.

Why would you take up a profession like that?

When I was eighteen, my parents were murdered and my sister put into a coma. I joined an organization that fought against the evils the law couldn't touch to pay for her hospital bills.

I knew you had to have a reason for it, you never have seemed like a cruel person to me, but...

[In battle that changes a bit. Aya looked positively fierce. ]

I see now why Umi warned me about you and Ken. At the time I thought it was just because you were in the police force but now, she must have known about this.

This is a profession you have given up in the City?

It's difficult to stay employed as an assassin if your targets don't stay dead.

[True. If that wasn't that case so many of these terrible people in the city might be taken care of.]

I suppose that would make it difficult.
And if it was a profession you took up only to take care of your sister there would be no point in trying to continue it now anyway...

I do regret that I happened to stumble onto that memory but I do feel like I understand you a little better now.
[It did explain the secrecy. ]

I try to keep people out of that part of my life. It's better that way.

I would think a lifestyle like that would be difficult for many people to understand. I can't say that even I understand all of it...

It's fine if people don't understand. I don't regret my decision. But, this is a weight I must carry now and I don't want to make others carry it as well.

Some times we have to do terrible things in order for the outcome we want to see? Is it something like that for you?

No. I was eighteen and angry. It was a rash decision born from the desire for revenge. Though it kept my sister in a good hospital, that doesn't mean I should have done what I did.

So, you did all of this for revenge. What a tragic choice to have made...

Did you manage to get what you were after? And your sister, you said she was in the hospital, did she ever recover?

I got my revenge two years later. My sister has also been awake for awhile now.

I'm happy to hear about your sister. It really is good to here that she was able to recover.
I am sorry all of this come out as it did. These curse really don't mind bringing up old secrets.
