[Charlie's at the Dragon today. Behind it, actually, and she's speaking in a hushed tone. It's probably not the best time to do this but she's trying it anyway.]

So...I need some help with something. It's nothing bad, I swear. Rapunzels birthday is coming up and I wanted to throw her a surprise party on the roof of my building. And I wanted to make it special. [Charlie pauses, looking up towards the Dragon, watching it carefully. After a brief pause, she's speaking again with a smile on her face.]

There's these things she likes. These floating lanterns? I told her we'd make and release a few but I thought she'd enjoy it if each of her friends made one. I have the supplies and the directions and I can help make a few of them. I just wanted to make her birthday special and I know that the twenty first is short notice but...help me out guys.
