video: Filtered from Rapunzel, to all their friends

[Charlie's at the Dragon today. Behind it, actually, and she's speaking in a hushed tone. It's probably not the best time to do this but she's trying it anyway.]

So...I need some help with something. It's nothing bad, I swear. Rapunzels birthday is coming up and I wanted to throw her a surprise party on the roof of my building. And I wanted to make it special. [Charlie pauses, looking up towards the Dragon, watching it carefully. After a brief pause, she's speaking again with a smile on her face.]

There's these things she likes. These floating lanterns? I told her we'd make and release a few but I thought she'd enjoy it if each of her friends made one. I have the supplies and the directions and I can help make a few of them. I just wanted to make her birthday special and I know that the twenty first is short notice but...help me out guys. She's one of my best friends and I want to make this special for her. Text me if you can help.

I don't know her, and I don't think I could really make one of those things, but I'd still go to the party. It'd be nice to meet her.

Charlie-san, I would most definitely like to help here. I could probably make more than one lantern, too, if it helps. And if the party is planned to last until evening, we should put up lights. She really likes stuff like that.

Okay! We can make a day of it. And I have a ton of pretty lights to put around the garden, too. Your help is so appreciated, little brother.

Also...Charlie-san...would you know where I could weapons?

I know her. Not really the making lantern kinda guy, but I can take her out until the party starts?

That's fantastic and perfect, Kira. That works for me. I'm going to see if my boss won't close the shop for the day, just to make sure Rapunzel is free.

That's me, yep. I'll ask her out, just tell me what time you want her at the party.

Hi, Serrure! I'm Charlie. Her birthday is on the twenty first. I plan on having people arrive about forty minutes before sunset. She's due to arrive shortly thereafter.

Floating lanterns? Isn't that a fire hazard?

We'll be careful I've found a way to make them burn out before getting too far and then they'll just float harmlessly to the ground.

How do you get them to float?

That's actually how I met her... On that curse day with the dreams, she had all these laterns around her. I'd like to help make them.
