[Charlie's at the Dragon today. Behind it, actually, and she's speaking in a hushed tone. It's probably not the best time to do this but she's trying it anyway.]

So...I need some help with something. It's nothing bad, I swear. Rapunzels birthday is coming up and I wanted to throw her a surprise party on the roof of my building. And I wanted to make it special. [Charlie pauses, looking up towards the Dragon, watching it carefully. After a brief pause, she's speaking again with a smile on her face.]

There's these things she likes. These floating lanterns? I told her we'd make and release a few but I thought she'd enjoy it if each of her friends made one. I have the supplies and the directions and I can help make a few of them. I just wanted to make her birthday special and I know that the twenty first is short notice but...help me out guys. She's one of my best friends and I want to make this special for her. Text me if you can help.

Charlie-san, I would most definitely like to help here. I could probably make more than one lantern, too, if it helps. And if the party is planned to last until evening, we should put up lights. She really likes stuff like that.
