I would like to join the police force in an official capacity. [ As opposed to being unofficially on duty all the time. ] I believe I spoke to a few members of the force last time I posted here. Could someone inform me of the necessary procedures? I'm afraid I can't provide any references, but somehow I doubt that that is a problem here.

[ But now, here is the other question that she really wanted to ask. ] The prison on the island, the one raised a few weeks ago. Has anyone determined why it has appeared? We don't seem to need it now that the ghouls have gone.

If you find out otherwise, please tell me, because far as I know, the police force just tries to keep people safe. But then, I never asked Justin-san for specifics.
