2.

[ She totally should have made this post ages ago, but she's still not sure she knows how this device works. She only hopes that she manages to actually send her message out. ]

I would like to join the police force in an official capacity. [ As opposed to being unofficially on duty all the time. ] I believe I spoke to a few members of the force last time I posted here. Could someone inform me of the necessary procedures? I'm afraid I can't provide any references, but somehow I doubt that that is a problem here.

[ But now, here is the other question that she really wanted to ask. ] The prison on the island, the one raised a few weeks ago. Has anyone determined why it has appeared? We don't seem to need it now that the ghouls have gone.

In the time I've been here, all I've been able to conclude is that it amuses them.

[Oh, he likes you.]

Good. They might let you go sooner.

[This is an excellent plan.]

I started out in forensics, and I was the chief of police for some time... not by virtue of any skills I have, but because I've been here the longest. Now I do whatever needs to be done.

[Patrolling, picking up mystery organs, analyzing crime scenes... paperwork. It's a glamorous life.]

About four years.

If you have any questions--there's not much in the way of operating procedure here, but I'll answer what I can.

As far as in-City experience is concerned. I currently answer to Captain Rogers.

It is. With a transient population, it's difficult to hold onto anything--history, records, laws.
