[Lucy is out running around the city picking up last minute gifts, decorations and food. She's entirely and totally aware of the curse. It's her favorite curse of the year so she's making no attempt to stay out from under the mistle toe. In fact, she might cross the street to be under it's influence for some people.
Later she can be caught at her shop, arranging displays and filling shelves. The mistle toe is fairly plentiful here as well and likely to end up in kissing at any place in the store.]

Hey Lucy.

[Who needs mistletoe! Lucy is totally coming around that corner to grab Dulcie in a big hug. Kissing will commence after the proper hug has been achieved.]

[YAY CUDDLES]
Where have you been in my life, lady?
no subject
[Pouting] Much too busy and having an extreme lack of you. I've missed you.
no subject
[In fact come here and let her kiss you.]

And an excellent excuse to walk into Lucy's store and, without so much as a word of warning, pull her into a deep kiss.]

Yes. Good.]

He loves it when she melts like that; it gives him a reason to hold her--gingerly, and without the finesse and confidence that Captain Kirk always manages, but getting closer is getting closer.
When breathing becomes an unfortunate necessity, he only moves enough to catch his breath and say, very quietly:] Since I was first made aware of this curse, I have been thinking that you are the person in the City I would most like to be kissing.
[Even if there isn't any mistletoe here at present.]
Action
Silly breathing. Such a pain. She rests her forehead against his, her breath coming in pants, a smile curving her lips.]
Funny how that works. I almost came to your apartment this morning.
[But she knows Pavel lives with other people and she wasn't certain how much he wanted his room mates to know about her. ]
Action
In some ways, being this close is as good as kissing. There are very few people in the universe with whom one can share the same few cubic centimeters of air.]
It's a good thing you chose not to. When Uhura and Howl were not arguing, Howl and Sophie were kissing very publicly; I left as soon as I could.
[The four of them might live in a decently-sized cottage, but it can feel like a small place when there's bickering and constant romantic drama. Pavel would be delighted to introduce Lucy to his roommates--Uhura and Sophie, especially--but he is hesitant to have her over for fear that they would make a bad impression. He suspects that Lucy wouldn't appreciate it if Howl threw a fit and slimed the cottage with her in it. It's disgusting enough for Chekov and he has been living with the wizard for months.]

Hey Lucy!
[A friendly, innocent greeting, completely oblivious to the looming mistletoe.]
no subject
Hi! It's great to see you. Getting shopping done?
[And then...oh was that a question? It doesn't need to be answered because Lucy pulls her in for a kiss.]
no subject
Not so much with the kisses, though. She lets out a squawk of surprise as Lucy pulls her in, before the curse takes hold and she returns it. (She'd forgotten how soft girls could be, though she'd ever only kissed one -- a quick, shy kiss at 15 that had been immediately followed by the young guard's transfer. The Avatar could not afford distractions in her studies.)
As soon as the curse lets her, she pulls away, her face burning.]
Uh...sorry.
[AWKWARD.]
no subject
Are you kidding? This is totally my favorite curse in the City.
no subject
[Wait, that shouldn't surprise her. Lucy had already admitted as much during the sleepover. Still, Korra finds it hard to understand. She's a big fan of kisses, but she'd rather have some choice in who she kisses.]

Did a man just come in here?
[ Please Lucy. For all that is right and good in this world. Do not rat him out! ]
no subject
Huh? Sorry...I haven't seen anyone but you for at least half an hour.
[When the woman rushes out, Lucy looks down at Arthur in his hiding place.]
Okay. Deets. Are you that opposed to random kissage?
no subject
I have... no idea what you mean.
[ don't mind him, he's just brushing off his shirt of imaginary dust and all that. Because he can't hardly admit that he's a little tired of being mauled. He barely escaped with his laugh after the last one! ]

Well, truth be known, I'm not exactly used to kissing. At least, not on this level. [ he's had some experience, thank-you very much. ]

Hey closet buddy.

It's not very often that they turn into a way to tug the other person a little closer so you can kiss them though. That part he didn't teach Dummy. ]
no subject
you're just trying to make me feel bad now, right
Oh, hey? Good.... af..ternoon? [ He thinks? ]
I totally am not! I swear but it did occur to her
well. gee,
