Mad as it is, I've always been fond of these weekends.
[Ginny smiles, looking up from the very full plate of breakfast that her mother's pulled together. Sausages, eggs, tomatoes, toast, everything. It's the most she's had to eat in days considering how anxious she's been, but she can't say no to Molly Weasley, can she?]
And not just because Mum's around to cook for us. I suppose you learn to appreciate them when you've been here for a bit, since it's not just running into friends from home but friends you've met here, too. So if we know each other and you're wandering around, come say hello, won't you? I'll be rather cross if you don't.

You going to eat all of that?

I'm a Weasley. Of course I'm going to eat all of this.

Well, why show it off if you're not going to share. Bit rude, don't you think.
[ But that's really not the point. Uh. ]
How long's it been? I can just now... I don't remember much. It's been ages, and the way everything works here-- Have you been here this whole time?

If you see a foul mouthed Marine around here, please let me know and I'll do everything in my power to remove him.

I wouldn't mind it so much if you weren't honing in on people who seem genuinely nice and welcoming. Please stop giving us a bad reputation.

James. [Then, less startled,] I think that's a question best left to the deities.

[She leans in a little closer. The girl before her is a little older than the Ginny she just saw at Hogwarts, but she hasn't changed that much.]
Ginny! It is you!

[...and yet this Ginny looks not significantly older than the Ginny she just saw twenty minutes ago, but there's something about the eyes, around the mouth, something ... ]
- what's going on? What is this place?
[Hermione doesn't care for surprises. She doesn't mind good surprises in moderation, but this doesn't seem like a good surprise.]

[Then, softer, with something a little more fragile underneath because this is the first time she's seen him since she's been home to see the end of it all.]
