[Holy shit. It's busy in the Dragon today. So, Charlie has words for her employees. She doesn't bother filtering it. It's just said into the device.]
Guys, I think we need all hands today. It's insane. [She disappears long enough to give someone their tea and their sandwich and then returns a second later.]
Think of it this way. Gift giving holidays are coming. [And Charlie's birthday, which she's more prone to tell people about than she was last year.]
The extra money would be nice, yes?
[End feed.]
[Action at the Jasmine Dragon.]
[Charlie's bustling around the cafe, helping customers. Keeping things in order and cooking, of course. So she's all over the place. Totally bother-able unless you're that clown monster from last time. Then gtfo. No clowns allowed. Especially not since the Circus.]
[ooc: sadly, she will set any clowns on fire. so keeping them away would probably be best. other than that? anything goes.]

Hey. Uh. Can you... where am I?
no subject
I can. You're in a pocket dimension called The City. I think you're only here temporarily, though.
[Hey, if he's going to forget in a day or so because he's sent back to wherever, might as well be honest.] I'm Charlie. Welcome.

Give me something large and highly caffeinated, dollface. I'm gonna need it today.

One would think Charlie'd be used to this kind of thing by now, but no.]
One...double red eye, coming up. [Two shots of espresso in their strongest coffee. That should work, right? Here you go, penguin sir.]

Can I help you with that?
Re: [action]

Is it really still a rabbit's foot if there's a whole rabbit attached?
Nobody asked you. And I'm pretty sure it is. There was definitely a foot involved somewhere.
[Pause. Um. Wait. Your face. He does not know it. Regroup.]
...Weas? Did you grow things while I was gone? And dye your hair? And...shrink?
[video: things I can't handle. this. i'm amused.]
I have no idea who you are.

And she sits on the only free chair at the table, putting her feet on the same footrest Gabe is using. This was probably a common Thing when he lived in the City. And Charlie is grinning just. So much right now.]
He could but I'm on break to spend time with my favorite former roommate.

It sounds so busy, does he even want to pop in and see who's running the place since he left? Maybe Toph's around.
A little more hesitating and finally he enters, the scents of tea and various snacks bringing back memories of when he helped Uncle here. Zuko stands near the doorway and looks around. He doesn't see his jolly old uncle anywhere only customers and one woman running around attending tables, other servers helping. ]

Anyway, doesn't matter. She's cleaning, taking stuff back to the kitchen. Doing her server thing. When she spots Zuko, she heads over with a grin.]
