[Luke looks cheerful, even if his mouth is still a little scarred from the beginning of the month. But even that's nearly faded. He doesn't seem to have any negative effects from having Serrure sewn to him either.]

Hullo, you lot. I was wondering--it's Halloween, tomorrow, and it's my very first. So I thought, possibly, it might be interesting to know: what sort of things do you think are scary? Any sort of scary, I don't mind. I don't even mind if it's sort of intangible, I'm just generally interested.

...well. It makes facing some things easier. It probably happens to everyone, over time.

An accident.

Possibly not to that extent.

What kind of an accident?

Oh, you know, a clever idea gone wrong sort of thing. Someone else was blamed to start off, which was a really serious part of it.

Ah, one of those.

...one of my friends ended up in jail 'cause of something I did once. Now I really feel like an ass for it.

Were you ever found out as the cause?

No. I was in the middle of going to confess when things got kinda weird at home, then I ended up here.

Oh. In that case, I wish you the best of luck with relative leniency.

Thanks...but after everything that happened, with him dying, not sure I can do it anymore. Life's gonna be weird.

Oh? That was why I came around to confessing at all, myself.

Well, it wasn't fair, and it really sort of sunk in, at that point.

It was the punishment, you see. It didn't sit well.

I'd really rather not. My relations are prone to overreaction, anyway.

Oh, nothing, really. I already confessed, I said. Remember? I went to prison.
