Hullo, you lot. I was wondering--it's Halloween, tomorrow, and it's my very first. So I thought, possibly, it might be interesting to know: what sort of things do you think are scary? Any sort of scary, I don't mind. I don't even mind if it's sort of intangible, I'm just generally interested.

Quite a few things I think I might fear, at least on occasion, tread the line between tangible and intangible.

Is it okay if I ask what those kinds of things are? I can't wrap my head around something that's not either tangible or intangible.

Well, prison, really. You can't hold it, but it is a place, an actual sort of place, and then it weaves the concepts into itself. Pain is something actual, even if it's not technically tangible, chains, snakes, both of those are tangible. Solitude isn't. Do you see?

It sounds like you've had a pretty interesting life with the prison and chains and snakes.

I try to. Mostly, that wasn't the interesting bit, really, everything else was much more interesting.

I really, really hope that the more interesting parts weren't as bad as the other parts sound.

Mostly they were exciting, and fun for it. That's what made them interesting. I'd rather have horrible and interesting than dull, repetitive nothing, though.

I'm not completely sure I agree, but nothing sounds pretty awful. That's one of my favorite things about the City--how much something is here.
