[debrief]

[ Coulson's sitting on a bench in the park. There's a black labrador puppy curled up by his feet, tongue lolling out.

To the very trained and familiar observer, it'll be clear that Coulson's still holding himself a little more stiffly than usual, but for the most part he looks relaxed and calm. Approachable, even. ]

I'm going to have to find you a name, won't I? [ The puppy whines happily.

Coulson shakes his head slowly. When he speaks again, his voice in the same deliberate and even tone, he seems to be addressing empty air: ] Barton, if you're going to follow me around, at least be more subtle about it.


[ ooc; Feel free to run into him at the park or on his way home. Coulson adopted a puppy from Thor. Also, tags may or may not contain spoilers, so proceed with caution? ]

Like it is ticking down to the end of all creation? Some things are more pressing to some people, then imminent destruction.

I'd say imminent destruction seems quite pressing.

Which is why I leave that to the pros and keep myself in pace with day to day survival. You know there are things here with literally no weakness? Yeah.

[debrief]

Literally no weakness? I find that hard to believe.

Oh, I do not. He drinks blood and I think lures people to him by private messaging them so others who know him cannot interfere with his nefarious plans.

Things like that? Much more pressing than the countdown to the end of the world.

[debrief]

You're being stalked by a vampire?

It was an example. I hardly think he is going out of his way to hunt me. At the moment.

But I do think he will continue to lure people to him. And they might not be so lucky to hold him off until help arrives.

[debrief]

I see. [ A beat. ] Who did you say this was?

[doeswhathewants]

He calls himself Karl. He'd be bad enough just as a human but as a super bitey vampire psycho...ugh.

He sounds charming.

I am sure he thinks so.
