With that being said, he's wandering around the City, in buildings and outside, stopping anyone who looks like they might be having sex in the near (or not so near) future. He's got a pocket full of condoms and tons of good advice (not really). Avoid him, unless you want condoms thrown at you. Yeah, it's that kind of talk.]

[Jill's mouth opens and closes a few times, not really knowing what to say. Her pale face flushes pink. And she finally takes a few steps back, shaking her head.]

Uh... [Sorry, that's all she can get out at the moment.]

[She snatches the condoms he's waving in front of her from him, mutters a thanks, and she's off away from him as quickly as possible.]
