Does anyone really believe the devil made them do it?

Then, why should we be comfortable applying that logic to curses?

I'm sure they're behind it. It's whether the curses use force or suggestion I'm not sure of. Maybe the devil just gave us permission.

Have you tried examining someone while they were cursed? Check to see if-- if there was anything in their blood? [ A beat. ] Brain function?
