[Rose seizes the opportunity and takes the books off the table to hide them behind the pillows behind her that decorate her sofa.]

You'd better hope so. In my experience, earthquakes and sudden weather changes usually mean the end of a world.

How can I forget? Thing is, I've been scanning and analyzing this place and it's more an island than a planet. I don't know.

An island? Well it's got to be on a planet. I mean there's an atmosphere. I've heard some people say we're in a dimension nexus. But it's all just so confusing. Curses one day and it's all quiet the next.
