I think I took a wrong turn somehow... unless this is one of Kaito-nii's weird jokes. Ha, ha. Good one, Sir. [That deadpan tone is 100% sincere. Y e p.]

It looks like a nice place here, but the timing's a bit inconvenient and all, you know? So if anyone can let me know if either of these people are here-- [here he holds up this incredibly accurate work of art, drawn messily on a napkin] I'll be glad to get out of your hair and come back for a visit later.

[A beat, followed by a shrug, then--]

About... about the things you did when you worked with Kaito.

It isn't anything too glamorous, I'm afraid. Usually anything from driving him around to helping him apprehend bad guys all the way to buying groceries and cigarettes and being in charge of dinner.

[That isss glamorous, Akira. Didn't you just see how her eyes sparkled like a puppy who saw the coolest thing ever? Only not really.]

How can you say that? It's cool to catch bad guys. [But so is vandalism some days.]

[He meant the non-glamorous part to be the other stuff, but alright. He laughs, smiling easily.]

You have a point! That part is usually pretty good, and Kaito-nii manages to actually look cool during it. [For all of two seconds, before he's doing reckless things and blaming them on him. But he wont talk bad about a guy to his girlfriend, that would break guy-code or something.]

What about you? Any fun, P-G stuff you enjoy doing with him?

Because he's always working, so it's hard to picture him making a lot of time out for dates. It's a fun new side to see, though.
