Careful with the eating of the candy hearts cause aside from the obvious that you might see things when you eat them, hello network thanks for the warning, you might also get some that are mixed with sand. [There's a spitting sound here.] Cause... sand. How it got sand on it between the sky and my hand, I have no clue. But yuck.

Also, destiny... yuck. I knew I probably shouldn't have eaten that one. Although... [She laughs a little.] I ate destiny.

Sam who is yeti like but not a yeti? You around and not busy with feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders?

Soooo Tony. If I bring you a fresh bottle of some alcohol of your choice can we sit and have a pow-wow? Minus any powing and wowing? Well, maybe a little wowing cause what's a good conversation without a good wow thrown in here and there?

Hey! I was the one doing the warning thing. Didn't you hear me say careful? All I was missing was some big flashing lights and maybe a siren. But really, no one looks good while carrying around big flashing lights and a siren might have been overkill. So I did just the right amount of tsk-ing people away from eating them.

Sometimes I do know what I'm doing, despite the whole walking head first into danger thing that I sometimes do. And by sometimes I mean a lot. But this time it's less with that and more with the me catching on quickly. Which really shows how much I'm paying attention at the moment. Why is my sister never around to witness me when I'm being awesome?? Totally not cool.

Nah, that would require effort. Plus who would she have to reprimand and feel all superior motherly to if I weren't always the trouble magnet she knows and loves? If you think about it, my being a trouble magnet is really for her benefit. Without it, she'd be bored out of her mind. And bored Buffy is never something people want. I'm doing the City a public service by being me.

Well, for her yeah. But also for the people around her. Bored Buffy means restless Buffy. And restless Buffy means she looks all around for things to keep her busy; killing big bads who might not be so big and bad or having sex with vampires. It's all a her thing. Good thing she has me to look after and save all the time. I bet the thank you notes will be coming in the mail any day now.

[There's a small pause.]

[Half an hour later, Dawn uses her security clearance to get down into Tony's lab / living space. She walks in, wearing pink cotton shorts with little angel wings and halos printed over them and a white tank with the word 'princess' scrawled on it in pink sequins. All this beneath a long black cardigan. Her feet have been shoved into a pair of brown boots with cotton lining the inside of them and faux fur over the tops of them at her shins. Obviously, she isn't here to work. She's here to pow-wow.

She finds Tony and sets her bags down.] Hi. Hi. [She goes over to him to give him a hug as she always does when she sees him.] Thanks for squeezing in some Dawn time.

[ action ]

[Thankfully, Tony matches in a worn white (?) tank top and black sweatpants, his arc reactor glowing steadily under the light fabric.

The hug makes him smile as always.]

Tony time always makes room for Dawn time.

[He moves some stuff off his desk and hoists himself up to sit on it.]

I am prepared to be wowed.

[ action ]

[Dawn grins mischievously and lifts a brown paper bag. She lifts out a bottle of tequila, holding it by the neck of the bottle and placing the other hand beneath it to model it this way and that next to her own smile. And when she sets the bottle down beside Tony, she gets a bag of limes and a salt shaker out.]

I am so super wow, you can't even handle it, right? Go ahead, my ego can take the praise. I promise.

Jess is missing? Like should we round up the gang and go on a search party cause that's what we do when people go missing. Where did you last see her. We should probably start there. The beginnings usually a good place to start. Hopefully she's sitting still in one place cause that really does make people easier to find even though it seems all unproductive... from the one being searched's point of view.

This one said Destiny and it was like I had to eat it cause I live with so-called destiny. I seriously originally thought it had to be Buffy's but then... nope. Not a single blonde hair or stake or scythe in that one. So... destiny, huh?
