The city is full of new and strange visitors, a rather influx of them.

And here are seven more:

A mother cat and her six kittens are rambling about the city. While this normally may not be anything of note, this cat and her kittens are special.

See, they teleport.

That's right.

Teleport.

So, that sandwich you were about to eat? Now has a kitten on it.

Is that a mewing you hear in your purse? Yes, because there is now a kitten in it.

What's that under your hat? A kitten? Yup.

And is that grey kitten eating a plate? Like chewing it and swallowing the pieces? And then starting on the tablecloth? Yup.

At least all the kittens are friendly and momma cat is around to rescue them if they get into too much trouble.

[Setsuna opens the bag of bread he just bought to find...a kitten. Huh? Is it friendly? He reaches in to scoop it out.]

[Batbatbat, in a friendly way. FINGERS ARE TO PLAY WITH RIGHT!?!?!!]

MEEP!!

[Setsuna stops at the sound, and smiles after feeling velvet paws bat at his fingers. Instead, he waggles his fingers in the bag, encouraging the play.]

[EEEE!!! FINGERS!!! FINGERS OF FINGERS!! MUST DESTROY!!!!!!

[Silent laughter as Setsuna runs his fingers up the bag.]

[POUNCE!! Well pounces as best he can inside a bag... which isn't very well so tumbling he goes!]

MeEP!?

[Awww. Setsuna decides to play nice after that, but wants to attempt petting, first.]

[The kitten vanishes and then reappears on his lap, purring happily at the petting.]

[Setsuna almost looks disappointed when the kitten disappears, but his half-made expression changes completely into a broad grin when he finds it on his lap. Pets for the kitten, and a satisfying rumble for Setsuna.]

[While he's busy petting Squirt, a second kitten appears and starts tugging on the bag with the bread in it. It looks like he's trying to make off with it.]

[It takes a while, but when Setsuna does notice the bag moving he watches it, wide-eyed. Then he grins. He can't scold right now, but he does reach over to tug the bag back. Not hard enough to pull it away, though.]

[HIS BAG!! WHY YOU TAKE HIS BAG AWAY SILLY HUMAN!!!!???

He continues to tug at the bag.]

[Whose bag? Tug, tug. Setsuna keeps it gentle, wondering if the kitten will try harder. And his other hand? still petting Squirt.]

[Oh yes, Trouble is trying harder. Tug, tug, tug, tug.

Squirt is a mess of kitten purring goo.]

[He gives Trouble a smile, and tugs just a tiny bit harder.]

[A third kitten has appeared. This one, unlike the previous two, is grey and fluffy.

He has also decided that the bag - not the bread mind you, but the bag - is a good snack. Nomnomnomnomnom. His sibling hisses and tries to swipe at him, but Trouble is to far away to reach.]

[Another one! But why the bag? He wants to ask if the kitten wouldn't like something more tasty, but, well, can't. Instead, he stops petting Squirt and reaches into the bag to offer the bread to the newcomer and Trouble.]

[Trouble sniffs the bread and decides he doesn't like it. Mayhem on the other hand noms on it with great enthusiasm. Before going back to finish off the bag.

Setsua may notice the grey kitten has two rows of shark like teeth.

Trouble decides that he dislikes his brother eating his toy and pounces on him.]

[He does notice, and puts the bread beside Squirt to see if he would like any, while reaching for Trouble to pull away from Mayhem. He wants to tell Trouble, 'Not sure you should be doing that. Not with someone who has that many teeth!']

[Squirt nibbles on it.

Mayhem actually seems to be losing the fight. He teleports away and appears on Setsua's head.]

Meep!

[One on his lap, one on his head - which tilts at first, until Setsuna adjusts from surprise - and one...just there. He looks at Trouble, curiously.]

[Trouble seems pleased that Mayhem has been scared away and vanishes with his paper bag prize.

Did you want that bread?

Meanwhile Mayhem has discovered the necklace around Setsuna's neck and has decided it looks like a good snack.

While Trouble has vanished a fourth kitten has appeared. Inside of his shirt.]

[Well, after a kitten was found sitting on it? They can have the bread. He does stare after the bag, though. Then tries to look to the side as he feels something cold and wet around his neck.]

[And then there's warm fluff inside his shirt. Confused, Setsuna pulls the collar out and looks down. One hand holds the kitten from the outside.]
