[Believe it or not, Naga has a life of her own. If you're out and about today, you might very well run into her somewhere.
♦ MORNING: It may be winter, but Naga's still used to the bitter chill of the South Pole. You'll find her splashing around in the ocean by the beach house. You might run into some of the residents too.
♦ AFTERNOON: Naga's itching for a snack, something meatier than the fish she finds in the ocean. Time for a little hunt in the forest.
♦ EARLY EVENING: She and Korra are on their way to the zoo for Naga's final check-up.
♦ NIGHTFALL: Korra has to go straight to work from the vet appointment, so Naga walks with her to work before heading home on her own.
She's a friendly beast for a half-wild animal...but never forget that she is indeed wild.]

afternoon?
That's the biggest dog I've ever seen.
[Since she's escorted. And the ears aren't bear-like.]
afternoon!
[It's been awhile since Korra's walked around with Naga and been questioned about her friend; it takes her a moment to realize she's even being talked to.]
Oh. She's a polar bear dog.
[A curious polar bear dog, who shoves her nose at Mr. White and sniffs.]
afternoon!
[Woah. He leans back at all the sniffing, the nosing.]
I didn't know they came this big.
[Mr. White knows enough to not pet a strange dog, sniffing or not.]
afternoon!
[Dude, you haven't seen a polar bear dog before, have you?
Meanwhile, Naga is trying to figure out if Mr. White has any food. Priorities.]
afternoon!
afternoon!
Morning;
[But when he landed on the beach and saw what she was doing he soundlessly sputtered. What was she doing? That water is freezing! He won't go anywhere near it, in fact. But he does wave to Naga from the shore.]
Morning;
Once on the shore, she shakes the water off her fur, not caring that she'll probably get Setsuna wet in the process.]

Nightfall
[Their paths crossing while Yin was leaving work and Korra was headed to it was a complete coincidence. In fact, Yin barely registered her presence, at first. It was the giant - what is that? A dog? A bear? - white furred animal beside her that got Yin's attention, at first, then she realized Korra was with it.]
[Still, she didn't step aside or change direction. But nor did she offer a greeting. Yin just kept walking at her leisurely pace.]
Nightfall
Hey Yin!
[The girl is weird -- quiet, but not obnoxious (like Tahno), and it doesn't seem to be personal (like Chief Bei Fong's grudge when they first met), so Korra doesn't resent it. No reason not to be friendly.
Naga's ears perk up as Korra greets a person she hasn't met, and the polar bear dog comes closer, sniffing curiously.]
Nightfall
Hello, Korra.
[Then Yin stands perfectly still, not a sound or slight movement to be had while Naga sniffs at her, Yin just giving her ever blank stare.]
Nightfall
Naga!
[Korra gently shoves her friend's shoulder.]
You know better than to sniff other people like that. [to Yin] Sorry about that.

Curious Valentine is curious. Silently moves towards the something's direction, careful to keep both his scent and overall presence from surprising whatever it is.]

Re: Afternoon
Only seen the dog-bear via the Network. In the flesh, she's around the same size as Captain's wolf form. Based on his Network knowledge, this isn't an aggressive animal and one who hunts for supplement rather than need.
However, she is in a stretch of forest that he calls home. Predator decorum dictates they should meet, albeit politely since neither is a serious threat or competition to the other.
He backtracks a ways and reproaches. Makes his presence known in a confidant but causal manner ("Hello").]

evening;
He runs over to them, waving.]
Korra, Naga! Hello!
evening;
Hey Chekov!
[Her smile is a little bashful and awkward, but Naga feels no awkwardness or embarrassment. The polar bear dog headbutts the young Russian and licks his face.]
evening;
Where are the two of you going? I thought that your work started later.

nightfall?
But he got distracted to the evening until he realizes that he needs to come home soon enough. Just as he is thinking of teleporting back to his room, he spots something large and white lumbering its way toward his direction. He pauses and looks at the animal, not sure what it is - he's pretty sure it's a dog, but he blinks and thinks, no, it's a bear, dogs don't have such large paws. And then again he decides it is simply a large dog until he ultimately confused himself. It's then he acknowledges he really has no idea what it is.
Jesse slowly approaches the animal, not sure what to do. He dealt with loose dogs back home, but never something that is wild. He catches himself raising his hand in greeting, caught in an internal battle as to what to do exactly.
This is the sort of thing is why he stays on schedule. ]
nightfall?
She catches sight of the small boy and stops. She likes human children well enough, as long as they learn quickly to be respectful. (Meelo had, admittedly, been a tough sell to her, but she and Jinora have always gotten along splendidly.)
Like most warm-blooded animals, human children are rarely without their mother. Naga sniffs the air and looks around curiously. Where is this one's parent?]

well, Jesse rather not know where the demon is.
As the bear-dog looks around, so does Jesse, thinking it smelled something, but the shadows of the night pretty much hides everything. Being half-demon doesn't come with a heightened sense of smell, unfortunately. ]
