[It's some fabulously obscene hour of the morning when Erik ~~bullies into life~~ fires up his network gadget and sets it on the counter in his kitchen to use as an impromptu webcam. His kitchen and living room are attached, so through the monitor one can see not only the front window with its curtains open, but the viva-la-whathehell going on below it.

One who can actually do something. Rousing speeches will accomplish nothing without proof given first. It's a tall order, too. May take the parading around of a deity's head on a pike.

In all seriousness, potential leader(s) have to somehow prove themselves worthy. So far, none have. They talk and are met with ridicule or get tuned out. No real attempts at formulating a plan, organization, teamwork. To pull off a successful coup of the 'zookeepers', it would probably take a combined effort of the City's majority - herding cats is a far easier task.
