This is Nobori.

I am happy to announce that the list of new arrivals to the City has been put up at the appointed time. First of the month! [He points his index finger for emphasis, still speaking loudly as if there were some driver on the other end of the apartment that needed to hear him.] I hope to continue posting these on the first of every month.

In addition, Madame April, if this reaches you, will you please confirm if this indeed your name? [Because that silly introduction made him doubt whether or not she was affected by some sort of curse.]

Follow the rules! Keep to the schedule! All aboard!

[He sticks to pointing with his left hand alone because the right is still injured, judging the bandages still visible through the tears in the sleeve of uniform (getting into a snowball fight not too long ago might not have been entirely conductive to the healing process).]

Stalkerish? [He blinks twice, looking both surprised and somewhat offended.] No, it is only for reference.

There is a list for all who depart from this station, so it follows that we should also keep track of all new arrivals to it as well.

... do you not see how this list could be beneficial, okyaku-sama?

[A strange form of address for someone not at a commercial area, but he defaults to it simply because he's used to being in a position where he serves others... and because he can't quite place whether the one addressing him is male or female just yet. It's gender neutral compared to his usual "Madame" or "Sir"!]

[She blinks in turn. The station? Okyaku-sama? This guy seems twice as weird now.] ... Um, you mean the City?

I'm not sure I see it. Those guys may want their privacy.

We have all arrived at this station named the City. Do you need a guiding light or have you successfully navigated your way out of this tunnel?

[Practically everything is a train metaphor with this guy.]

When one shares their name on a public network, it is visible to all who read or hear it, is it not? I am only collecting these existing mentions in one place for ease of access. Whenever possible, I inform them of the fact that I keep a record of new arrivals. Tell me, where is the breach of privacy in that? [He sounds very sure of himself.]

That is the exception and not the rule, Madame. They have already shared their names in such a way that anyone can learn of them, so I am not in any way intruding.

There exists a record of those who leave this place and it does not take their opinions on that matter.

[Having the injured arm brought up bothers him and so does Raikov's attitude. He's not entirely sure why it annoys him so much, but he feels like being a bit uncharacteristically petty, perhaps to drive home a "don't be so nosy; keep to yourself" message. Whatever his motives, his question-answer is terrible all the same, even if his delivery is as unaffected as ever:]

And how is your tongue as of late, Sir Raikov?

[Here presuming you have a sense of shame, of course.]
