Zombies.
At least one of them makes sense.
[ private : Yusuf and Eames ]
If you need anything, speak now or forever hold your peace.
[ His primary concern is dog food though. Why else would he go out in this? ]
[ooc: rl has continued to butcher ._. thank you for patience, back tags, and just being so nice ;_; i really, really appreciate it. poly <3 T_T;;; /pawwwws ]

I feel like it's been forever since we tagged T_T
I fail to see how any of this makes sense. It was practically summer a week ago.
[ zombies, blizzards... can't he just go back home? ]
omg ;--; well it's been forever since i actually existed /shame cloud.../ /kurls on youuuuu ;;
A blizzard makes more sense than summer in January.
[ Though thinking on it further....zombies make sense kind of here. Ghosts or what-have-you. This City really is Anything Goes, something Arthur will never like but even a couple weeks back has him re-acclimated to. ]
and I just have a bad habit of not checking the comm reguarly. /scoops you up for cuddles
[ sulking, so much sulking. Arthur doesn't want to hear or believe that. He rather despises the fact he (and everyone else) has acclimated at all. ]
♥ ;-; !! /mewls and kuuuuurls around your ankllles..and then in lap../stays forever n//n
How long have you been here now?
[ he doesn't say it in a mean way, but there is the suggestion of an arched brow -- also the reality of it, on Arthur's end. he doesn't disagree, but he's long since stopped expecting such a thing. in fact he dislikes change severely, but on a conscious level all this amounts to is not thinking of it, as much as possible.
there's another word for it he refuses to acknowledge hm what was it...
repression? compartmentalization?
both maybe. both is good
?????]/pets and purrs and pets again. .__. /always
Ten months and while I get what you're attempting to say, my request still stands. A warning would still be nice. What's the point of a weather channel if you can't rely on the weather?
[ and of course the curses themselves. He will never, ever get used to them. Better still to simply ask him to swallow his horse. ]
<3 <3 <3 <3 ;-; /noses
[ BUT... ]
If it makes you feel any better [ his tone though mild isn't in this case condescending (for once), just frank, because in this case it's true ] the forecast we're actually used to isn't always right either.
fjkdsl /places paws around the hakuface and licks * ^ *
yeah, no. That doesn't make him feel better in the least. But he does appreciate the frankness. And the lack of condescension ]
Right. makes you wonder why they even attempted to try, doesn't it? [ it was always so much easier back in Camelot. Either you got rained on, or you didn't. Only a fool would venture outside unprepared. ]
/kuchuuuuus *3* /paws parthur's hair and then burrows
Comfort of false hope? Nah...but.... it's somewhat accurate.
Mostly I think people like having some idea. Even if it's not exact.
But there's still a lot of times you can carry an umbrella around with you all day since weatherman said it's going to rain, and it doesn't. Then the day you forget, it pours.
[ he pauses. he doesn't think a lot about 'out' of the City, one of his many variations on compartmentalization for dealing with the Weird which is the City. mostly he's not perhaps too much better than other Arthur, except that at least he's been familiar with the tech from the start... ]
That's something I guess. Not as much rain here. Usually.
/just snugs, always (heart_beat)
[ but then he paused and frowned and paused again ]
That brings up an excellent point. If it doesn't rain all that often, how is it we still have food all the year round? [ he's never given pause to wonder before. There was no need for winter rationalizing or careful planning. The food simply appeared on his plate and he gave it no more thought then before.
This was a highly disturbing revelation. What else had he begun to take for granted? And how much of that will come back to haunt him? ]
