I request your forgiveness for the delay and thank you for your patience; unexpected circumstances prevented me from announcing this earlier this month. [As always, his delivery makes it sound more like he's using the phone as a stand-in for a public address system.]

I hope to announce the new arrivals at the start of each month, starting next month...!

If I've missed someone in my list, please correct me. Also, if anyone knows the name of the mysterious seventh person on this list, it would be of great help to me if you would share it with me. I'd prefer for this list to be complete.

[Nobori smiles and then makes one of his characteristic broad, dramatic pointing gestures, entirely forgetting that he's previously injured his upper arm— until it reminds him with a sharp pain that makes him end the recording with a grimace, while clutching at his bandages.

Chandela makes a sympathetic sound from somewhere off-screen.]

((He meant what he said back then! Nobori has been keeping track of everyone (seemingly) new t o the network because he's a workaholic; he didn't count the zombies, of course, but he couldn't tell that the senshi were older denizens under a curse. xD;;;))

In truth, he had one for not responding back then, but it's a set phrase; an exceptionally polite apology, because he's all about formality.]

[Because he must keep working. Because he needs something else to focus on. But his response will not betray that. When he looks up again, it is with a perfectly unaffected calm. His voice is likewise level.]

In this City, there is a record for outgoing lines, but no one has taken up the task of keeping track of incoming lines. I am certain that it will be of interest to some, at least, to know who this City has recently taken captive.

I have met a number of those mentioned, save for those whose arrival at this railway was poorly timed. Our lines simply weren't meant to intersect. [Yes, even when he's perfectly serious, he doesn't often drop the train metaphors.]

My partner assures me we're in an entirely different world. It follows that we might all have been drawn in from our own, separate worlds... but to what end, I wonder?

Yes, although it was delayed due to congestion. Fortunately, it was not infected, so the damage is minimal.

Sailor Hel, and Sailors Jotunheim and Asgard for that matter, were cursed versions of myself, Luke, and Loki. We have all been here for some time.

Their full names are, I believe, Luke Laufeyjarson and Loki Odinson, although he also goes by the name Serrure. And my name is Leah.
