[For once Theo is not up a tree. Which is where he seems to have spent a good amount of time these past couple of weeks. Instead he's sitting on a concrete wall in what looks like the Underground. His sunglasses are perched on top of his head letting his silver eyes show. Behind him, just barely visible, it looks like there are some shambling zombies pushing some stone work around.

For those who can sense those sorts of things, he's radiating a lot of necromantic power right now. Before he's kept it dampened, out of politeness. Currently, he's not bothering to do so.]

I've been doing some thinking. The "deities" here [And you can hear the finger quotes in his voice] from what I can tell enjoy, making deals for things. And I thought, well, I'm almost a god why couldn't I get into this business too?

Admittedly my abilities right now are going to be able to get you anything from home, but now undead... I can do lots of things with the undead. They make lovely servants, didja know? Great guards. Lots of them don't even need to eat or sleep.

So. I'll be willing to offer up some zombie -for right now - and maybe later some wraiths and ghouls or whatever else I can get my hands on, servants in exchange for favors or money. We can negotiate. How about that? And at least you'll retain some dignity or your memories.

[Action if you'd like it. Catch Theo with a zombie shambling after him, around anywhere.]


[Theo's been hit with a reverse morality curse. He's got about fifteen NPC zombies to 'sell' but they'll be going away after the weekend.]

[Oh look: a crow, swooping down. Perhaps to investigate why this delicious, delicious dead thing is shambling around. ... Perhaps not. (Truth be told, when there's that much power floating around in the nearby atmosphere, one wonders and one investigates.)

[Theo notices the crow and stares at it. It's odd to see one alone as they usually travel in flocks.]

And then, o my lord? What shall you do then? When every man has his servant to serve him, shall they then serve you?

[He doesn't even blink at this. If cats can teleport, why can't crows talk? Besides it could be one of the Morrigan's crows for all he knows.]

Hopefully, yes. I'm sure not everyone will want a servant, but if I can trade enough for capital and favors then I can use those to get other things.

Theodred and I dabble in my father's domain. Death and the undead are my birthright. Shouldn't I be allowed to use it?

[ Leah ponders this for a moment. She hadn't considered that other people lay claim to the dead, but she herself knows that Lady Hela does not control all of the dead. Some is reserved for Mephisto, and it's possible in the City that there are others with the same claim. ]

[Good. Calling up Romeros from the lower levels wouldn't have made him too popular. Most of the First Level population don't care to have those kind of (smelly, snappy, nuisance) zombies around.

Lovecraftian ghouls and their kin, however, would have happily accepted the Romeros i.e. "free meal".]

Try to steer clear of trees.
