I have been told that it is tradition this time of year to express one's gratitude for the deeds of others. As such I would like to thank those calling themselves deities for bringing me here and, effectively, giving me another chance at life. I would also like to thank my ...friends for showing me what worth that life can have.

I do not know the exact temperature, but I would not be surprised. The dead have no need of warmth.
