[ Wanda hisses but the Doctor immediately shushes her and bounces over, dropping down into a crouch beside him. ]

There's a good dog. [ Patting his head. ] You're a clever one.

[The Master would totally support this plan of action, just so you know.]

I'm pretty sure she still blames me for ruining her plan the last time we worked together. I think she blames me for everything, actually, which is ridiculous, because you're a much better scapegoat.

[Teasing] Didn't your mum ever tell you it's rude to talk with your mouth full? I know my mum always went on about it - mind, she didn't half go on about everything I did.

[ He hops up to sit on the counter, swinging his legs and watching the Master. ] Maybe she tired herself out insulting you earlier and I'll get away with it.

[Sarah Jane eventually finds her way to the hat shop; she stops and stares at the man who's presumably the Doctor. He looks so different, and she thought he'd died when he didn't return for her (after abandoning her in Scotland, of all places), and she's overwhelmed by feelings and trying very hard not to show it. She presses her hand to her mouth for a few moments, then gives him a slightly teary smile.]

Hello again, Doctor.

[He wheels back and forth a bit. Doggy instincts are telling him to chase Wanda. He didn't even know he had doggy instincts.]
