[Normally this is Setsuna Mudou's device, but showing on it today is an elongated beak, oddly the color of human flesh. Where there should be eyes are empty black holes, and Setsuna's voice can't be heard. His six wings might be visible in the background, but they're clipped and useless.]

[The beak pecks at the device in vain, and from this slightly eerie face, only chirping can be heard, until finally a peck shuts the feed off.]

Action;
[This particular freak mostly has a human body, but instead of arms is a pair of wings, surrounding by two more pairs. The ends of the wings are clipped, nearly useless but for being folded around him, or spreading out when he's upset. What might be a nose on a human has become a long beak, Setsuna's face unrecognizable by quick sight. His aura will feel the same.]

[If anyone asks, they might be told his beak is sharp and to be wary of it. He might peck out eyes in an attempt to replace the ones it seems he doesn't have.]

[Erratic chirps, and nodding his head. Then he opens and closes his beak, reaching out to Justin. He's not caged - all the time - but he is kept with a chain around his ankle to keep him from wandering too far.]

[He moves closer to inspect the chain, looking for a lock that could possibly be picked... and keeping an eye out for circus employees who might not appreciate such an attempt.]

[The shackle appears seamless.]

[Setsuna nods his head again. It might look like he can't, be he can. The idea he'd peck out eyes is a total lie. ...mostly. His beak opens again with an inquisitive, long sound. Food?]

[That doesn't help. Justin didn't exactly bring bolt cutters with him.

He doesn't speak bird, either. Setsuna gets a quizzical look.]

[Not being able to talk SUCKS. He opens and closes his mouth again. Then, he reaches over to ruffle his beak through Justin's hair. What the hell. It's starting to look appetizing.]

[There were very, very few things capable of keeping Kira from Setsuna when he wanted to find him. It didn't even take that long - not as if the circus was hard to find - and right now Setsuna wasn't exactly subtle, either, even if there had been nothing to make him stand out to Setsuna otherwise.]

[After all, he wanted to know beforehand if Setsuna would attack him. So for now, he stayed out of reach.]

[ooc: ...it's a holy sword, but can Shiranui cut through metal?]

[Setsuna nods his head, then starts singing Diva's song, a sad, eerie sound. Setsuna is never subtle. He doesn't know how to be that.]

[ooc: No clue, though I'm guessing no. They never showed anything like that. But Kira's smart. Something like a hammer, or a way to bust one of the links will get Setsuna free. They can worry about getting the shackle part off later.]

[Since Setsuna apparently won't suddenly peck him, Kira kneels down next to him and inspects the shackle to figure out how to best free him.

Most of the rescue attempts here seem to go wrong, but there are some things he can't be stopped from.]
