It's a mansion of some 40 odd rooms not including the basement. [ which, for some mysterious reason, is off limits. ] It's a modest mansion, by all appearances and simply needs a few more hands to keep the rooms well dusted and ready for use in case of entertaining.

I can't afford to leave things to chance. [ especially as the household itself seems to have a difficult time of informing him when changes occur! ]
