So the sand didn't disappear at midnight. And all research on sand creatures aside, I think we should at least make the most of it for a little bit, at least. I say we party! There should be a beach party or a Sahara desert party or a hey we have sand everywhere party. And at said party we can make bets on which drinks and foods will turn to sand or not. And there can be dancing at said party, cause who doesn't like to dance? Main key word here, party. That should be a motto somewhere for something. When in doubt, party.

So who's with me? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? That was a good show too, Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Funnyness.

I know! So much more fun than worrying over what's gonna turn to sand next. Plus there's the getting all pretty and dolled up for said party, which is fun all by itself!

I kind of am, and by 'kind of' I mean yes, absolutely. Don't you think it'd be more fun than being all sad and worried over what we can't change?? Plus, pretty girls and boys and good times. Can't beat that in a sand invasion.

Yeah, it does! Things were all crazy with a ton of people here and then right into this sand thing. People need some fun. As a quasi-friend of mine would say 'they need to find the fun'. Anyway, maybe a party would help! I think I'm gonna start planning.

It seems to have warmed up a lot. I thought we were supposed to have spring next, but it's pretty warm out there.

It's almost like swimsuit weather... which is awesome. We could have a beach in the city party! Put little kiddie pools all over the square, cook out, music, beach balls... all the fun! What do you think?

I try! There should be more sunshine rays. And I'm gonna make a fresh pot of coffee right here and now so that there's less sand and more caffeine.

[She pauses.] I wonder if there's caffeine in the sand since it was once coffee. [Another pause.] My brain is a scary place.

Mister Tony Stark, the minute you resemble a corseted woman in an old black and white film, even the slightest bit, I'm gonna call an intervention and not one of those addictive ones you see on those reality shows you see on TV back home. This one will be hardcore.

[But a few moments later, she's bringing you a fresh mug of coffee to you, Tony. Cause she rocks like that.]

Well in my experience there's always some oogly-boogly big bad lurking in the wings when something like this happens. So I figured it wasn't a bad idea to get all research-y. But then while I was getting all research-y, I realized how much I wanted a party to counteract all the sand complain-age. Does a party sound like a great idea or just a great idea. There's only one option here.

Oh, hi. Uhm... yeah! It's a silly comedy about this kid who ditches school and gets into all kinds of shenanigans. And when the teacher does roll call at the beginning of class, he calls him by his last name and says it over and over in this funny way.

[And she tries to mimic the teacher.] Bueller...? Bueller...? Bueller...? Bueller...?

We could have a pyramid party. Or an Egyptian party.

I think everyone's vying for a Beach in the City party, which is so much cooler than Sex in the City. But think about it, there's the fountain that's like sprinklers coming up from the ground. We get a few kiddie pools of water, beach balls, grilling and general outdoor fun. It could be cool, right? And local enough for everyone to attend... which is a super plus.
