[ Well...there's something on underneath so...he can stop having a heart attack now... Not that he really calms down that much. His heart is still beating a little harshly. He'd really prefer if she kept on the dress since, right now, that outfit looks a little...small.

[ He doesn't really understand what she means when he says that, but he doesn't think anything of her taking off her stockings too. ] My bed isn't any dirtier than the rest of this place...

[ He...hoped that was only an offhand comment. Who does she think he is?! Seeing all her clothes in a heap, he can't imagine she cares about her clothes that much.

It makes more sense when he sees her pull out that bottle. He didn't know she was going to use oil... ]

[ If she has to get undressed for it, he doesn't need to ask if he should take off his shirt. With a quick glance towards the door, he pulls off his shirt.

No, this isn't embarrassing at all... Or he's trying to act like that anyway. ]

[She doesn't think he'd keep a gross bed! Though she never even notices she's being careless with her clothing...]

[...Yep. Totally not embarrassing. Rita's never been one to care about shirtless guys (besides being grossed out by Karol and the old man...), but Tyr is--as always--a different case. Her face flushes a little, but she doesn't look away, just half-turns towards the bed.]

[ His bed is pretty clean! He sleeps there, after all!

A lopsided sort of smile comes to his face. ] Oh, right... I never actually used oil before, though, so...

[ Maybe he'll need to practice--that word is never going to be okay again. He blushes when he sees her blush - probably more so just because of this situation. Rita's a different case herself. Until Kanone scarred him, he never had any issue taking off his shirt, and it's not the scars he's concerned about when it's her...

But. No, they're getting back on track. The more they dwell on these things, the more awkward it'll be. With a quick nod, he gives her a real smile and climbs onto the bed to lay on his stomach, cradling his head in his arms. The important thing is that it's going to feel good and Rita wants to do it with him, so he'll focus on that!

Not that the tension he feels is going to just go away because of that. ]

[And she doesn't think Tyr would sleep in a dirty one! She doesn't make a comment about the oil, too distracted by his blushing. Her eyes never make more than a passing glance at his scars; she's seen them at least once before and doesn't feel the need to know about them--although they do make her feelings stir if she thinks about them, angry that someone did that to him.

...Yep, getting back on track. She answers his smile with one of her own, though she suddenly feels a little nervous--not that it's going to stop her; it just makes her that much more determined to stride over and climb onto the bed, straddling him. Nope, her heart isn't fluttering at all...]

...I'm ready, too. You're comfortable?

[ He's gonna take her in his arms and fly away(?!)~! ]

[ Tyr didn't even think far enough to realise Rita wouldn't even know what his scars are from. As it is, they're faded enough to look old.

His heart is, and it makes him pull his mouth into a straight line just from how close she is. He wonders if he'd feel different if he didn't find out about the massage in the way he did.

And he determines that, no, there's something inherently intimate about this and that means it's okay that his face is flushed. ]

...Yeah. I'm fine. [ That doesn't feel encouraging. ] I'm just sort of nervous...

[She doesn't know for certain, but she would hazard a guess they were from that October when he was so badly injured...

It's hard not to think about yesterday now when they're so close and half-dressed like this. Abruptly, she does remember Estelle saying there's something intimate about massages, although they had both seen that as a very innocent kind of intimate--which is decidedly not the case now. Not that it's a bad thing, right?

Although Rita does want him to be comfortable, she doesn't feel so awkward about being nervous herself now, and admits-] A-actually, me too. But--I still want to try it.

[And a little more boldly-] I bet you'll relax in no time.

[ At this point, he wouldn't hold back confirming that was the case.

The fact it's more than innocently intimate adds to the excitement for him right now. It seems like something an actual couple would do... Hearing her admit she's nervous makes him relax a little himself, letting him laugh lightly. ]

Rita doesn't know exactly what other couples do--and she doesn't really care, because she loves what the two of them do. Even then, this does feel different, and not in a bad way at all. His laugh makes her feel better, and her voice takes on an edge of challenge.]

[Now it's time to oil up her hands with the lavender-scented oil--a scent Rita doesn't mind, though it isn't her favourite, but it's very suited for relaxation (or so Estelle's book said).]

Tyr thinks what they usually do suits them best- just like teasing Rita and having everything turning into a competition! ]

[ Scents aren't something Tyr ever really thought about, but he doesn't mind the smell of lavender. Something about it makes him feel different, though he can't place the feeling any more than he can place the reason.

He'll just assume Rita actually likes the smell of lavender and be happy with that. ]

[Aw yeah. Being themselves, having a sappy and fun relationship...and being competitive!]

I wanna see how good you are for myself.

[She doesn't mind the lavender, and takes a nice deep breath before she leans over Tyr's back and places her hands at the approximate middle--gently at first, just a feather-light touch, and then she presses more firmly, moving slowly up and down either side of his spine.]

[ He finishes that with a gasp, tensing and relaxing in the time it takes for her to go from soft to firm. She is really good... Feeling her palms press into his back and move up slowly is still pretty light for his tastes, but he wants to see how she does it rather than say anything.

Although he does mumble- ] You're not bad...

[She worries briefly until he relaxes, and then moves her palms up with more firmness, spreading out to his shoulders, her senses tuned to focus on his reactions.

Her voice comes out a bit lower as she replies-] Just not bad?

[ And his initial reply is just a low moan that might have been "Mm" originally. ] Not bad...

[ But that's just teasing. He forgets about his embarrassment pretty quickly when she presses into his shoulders, and that low voice - even if they're teasing each other - makes him relax. His shoulders relax slightly under her hands. ]

[Her heart's still feeling a bit fluttery, but she also feels a mix of smugness and just geniune happiness by how much he seems to be enjoying it already. This is just how she was hoping it would go.]

Then... [She draws her hands down his back again, and then--going half from the book and half on what she remembers about what Tyr seemed to like--presses her hands to his spine, moving back up.]

[ All her practice clearly paid off. Even if it isn't absolutely perfect, her hands feel so warm on his skin and the oil really does make her movements feel flawless. Or maybe he's giving the oil too much credit. With or without it, he doubts that he wouldn't hum appreciatively or arch his back into the bed when she presses into his spine like that. He had no idea how much he needed that.

His eyes start to slip shut as he cuddles into his arms, his words turning into a mumble again. ] Just like that is good...

[ He can't stop blushing, though. The fact she's the one doing this and she learned just for him is always in the back of his head. ]

I figured you'd like it like that. [So she pays more attention to his spine, pressing and drawing her hand right up to the back of his neck to work out the kinks.]

[ His voice is more curious than anything as soft as it is. Since he can't see her, he wants to hear her voice more, even if it's to answer a ridiculous question.

He takes in a deep breath as she reaches the back of his neck, but to his own surprise it actually feels really nice. As it is, he's stretching out more as he hands press into him. ]

[Her voice is almost as soft as she presses to either side of the base of his neck. She doesn't think anything of it, but she expects that he'd tell her if he was uncomfortable with anything she does. She only holds her hands there for a moment, and then glides them over his shoulders.]

[ When her hands move away, he lets out a breath he didn't even know he was holding in. Talking to her has him distracted enough, and remembering that time makes him smile. ] You were good then, too...
