[ German Shepherds do not, when most people think of them, typically have floral neckerchiefs around their necks. This one does, because this dog is Ariadne, currently sitting in her kitchen looking back and forth between the door, the fridge, and the stairs.
She can't quite seem to figure out what it is she wants to do, the poor thing. ]
((ooc: Still technically on hiatus, but... puppies! Ariadne is mostly sentient but very prone to slipping into being mostly dog instead. If you'd like to bump into her outside, she will eventually get the door open!))

Aww, look how pretty you are. [No, he doesn't yet realize there is a curse on today.]

Pet her? ]

You sure are friendly, too...

Really friendly... [He might be looking for a collar under that neckerchief, too.] I wonder who you belong to.

Oh. Well. Her human brain is helping this make a little more sense, at least. Ariadne will just watch him for now, head tilted to the side. ]

Sniff sniff sni--wait a minute. That smell is familiar. Very familiar. Other Dog, why do you smell familiar? He would like to get closer to that smell. Excuse him if he stalks a little closer. Just a little. Slowly. Because, Other Dog, you're kind of big.]

He gets a little closer and both her ears perk up and forward, head tilting to the other side before she whines, just once. It's sort of like saying "yes?" only... well, in dog-speak.
The part of her that is still mostly human remains stupidly pleased that she's been turned into a large dog. ]
[action;]
Yeah, and the tall guy is not too keen on being a smaller dog...]

Because Mr. Orange, Ariadne. That's why. There's a loud "YIP" of surprise when he barrels right into her, and down she goes. ]

[Oof. Make that a tumble of two dogs now and it doesn't help that neckerchief is distracting. Freddy's scrambling trying to get off his back which just ends in him kicking around and probably kicking the shepherd dog in the face.]

BECAUSE THE TUMBLING SOUND YOU HEAR GOING DOWN THEM RIGHT NOW SHOULD BE EVIDENCE OF THAT ]

Either way, she runs over to the stairs to find out just what's going on- oh.
Hi Eames. Let her just... nudge you a bit to see if you're okay. ]

and they still lived in the flat that had an elevator.
When Ariadne finds him, he's laying on his back staring dazedly up at the ceiling, all four legs straight up in the air. The nudge just causes him to roll ungracefully over to his side. Pancake, still at the top of the stairs, has started barking off and on in terrified confusion, to which Eames finds his ears drawing down, looking up at Ariadne with the pitiful grey-eyed gaze only some dogs can truly master.
Halp. ]

Side is probably better than on his back, she thinks. It's hard to tell. Eames gets a nuzzle -- there, there, it'll be okay before she looks up to bark at Pancake to get him to hush. She's fairly certain Eames can get up by himself, but if he doesn't soon she'll have to pick him up with her mouth.
Her mouth full of sharp teeth. Whoops. ]
