What is it with this City and turning people into animals? Kinda starting to get bestiality vibes from the deities...
For the record; I don't like pets. So if you feel a strong urge to wear a collar and wag your tail around me, then do it when you're not in the form of a dog. And preferably be a hot girl.
Now, that sounds like something I could like...
[locked to Crowley]
So where can I meet you Mister Demon, sir?

Locked :: Cursed
Locked :: Cursed -> Action, hopefully not cursed
[Short conversation, but not really more is needed since he's driving to the Fountain right away. Not a Bentley, unfortunately, but at least he's got a pretty cool motorcycle. Which he abandons in favor of walking the last few feet to the fountain and looking for Crowley.]
Action, give the cursing time
Whatever it is has some impact, because he shakes himself - a motion that travels from his shoulders all the way to his feet in a strangely sinuous fashion - and takes a drag on his cigarette before turning away to look around and spot Kira, turning on a brilliant smile for him like flipping on a light.]
Hello.
Action
Hey. Water rippling yet?
[ooc: Sorry, Sweden swallowed me!]

If I want to spend time with animals, I'll just go to work.

Although. If you're into that, I guess...

Some pets are actually quite useful. With or without the collar.

Homo-chan, if you'll recall.]Don't think the collar would help your case.
[A mix between Kira's flippancy and Lucifer's coldness, isn't that refreshing.]
private
One does prefer to go without.
Although, One can wield a whip rather well.
private
I think these are more into leashes.

Only if the hand that holds it is firm enough.
