I need to speak to those people who belong on the police force. I waited a couple of days because I was hoping to see someone step up, but I understand if no one has.

Justin Pendleton left the City. I think we need to talk about how to go about keeping people safe. If you know anything about the force, then don't hesitate to contact me. I'm Captain Steve Rogers.

While there isn't a chief, I suggest that we organize things until some order comes out and a new Chief of Police can be decided on. Is there anyone who is next in line? Someone I can speak to?

I've just never heard of them doing anything to prevent crime. Which I've been taught is what the police is for, at least supposedly, back where I come from. Doesn't generally do much in the way there either, though.

I'm not a lawyer, I'm not here to make the laws. If you want to discuss that, you'll have to take it up with them. And because I anticipate it's coming, no, I don't know if we have a lawyer. I don't even know if we have a water cooler. I'm trying to organize things so I can get this information.
