[Coming at you live from Lucy's store for bath supplies and all the stuff to make you smell really nice, it's Mae and - she's in a very good mood. A...victorious mood?]
So I'm not talking in lists anymore, and needless to say I never want to see another list again. I'm even giving up grocery lists. Shopping will become a whimsical affair from now on. I'm sure nothing wrong could come out of that! [Sarcasm.]
That was a ridiculous curse, and I know I left a few people hanging. Sorry - some answers just can't be put in a sequential way. No hard feelings?
[ooc; Oh, please. Feel free to action the hell out of this if you want to; be it at the store itself, or on the street, at any point where Mae might hang out. /applies lipstick.]

Kiss many demons do you?
action;
Except.
That question.
Almost instantly, her countenance changed.] One today, apparently.
action;
Not at all. Different species entirely. It's just obvious to someone who'd notice you've been touched.
action;
But it's hardly his business at all. Of course, where would client etiquette be if she were to rub at her mouth and tell him that? And where would demon etiquette be if she told him all her secrets?]
Then you'd know, wouldn't you? Some things come at a price. [Like safety. She pushes the bag towards him.] Speaking of prices.
action;
Then takes the bag to leave.]
Fear not, your secret is safe.
action;
But she lets him leave.]
Thank you for buying.
[ooc; Extra-apologies in case my referring to Hatter as 'he' bothered you, by the way; Mae assumes ne's a man.]
action;
((ooc: not at all, Hatter gives no fucks what anyone thinks & I agree with nem, plus it's half the fun))
