It's a learning experience. Learning how slowly time moves when it's one minute right after the last one.

For humans, sure. I like a roundabout way of travel.

Are you implying that you travel through time?

Time and space. At least, when I'm not stuck here.

Space travel isn't possible yet...

I keep forgetting that we're all from different times.

Different worlds, too. My people have been traveling space and time since before humans existed.

Who, may I ask, are your people?

[leathered]

They're gone. It doesn't matter anymore.
