[ So maybe he's a little under dressed for the snow, but c'mon who stops to actually find things like a jacket or a scarf or anything like that. Stiles is just fine in his inside out t-shirt, his hoodie, snow coating his sneakers like they're trying to go from dirty-red to white. So what if he could potentially get hypothermia? His entire wardrobe's back home. But he's paying the cold like zero attention, focusing well on the task at hand.

The snowman.

Or snow-wolf. The figure Stiles is working on is big, more square than the usual rounded snow-people, little snow ears attached to its head. It's scowling face is perfection, text message art that he's seriously pleased with. (>8|) It maybe looks a little constipated, but that's the default for half the ones he knows anyway so he's on the right track. He's holding up his device in one hand, a stick in the other as he draws a cross over the thing's chest, right where it's heart should be.

(Because apart from Scott the friendly werewolf, the rest of them have serious issues.)

Huffing, his breath billowing off screen like he's breathing fire. ]

You know what, I'm impressed with my own handiwork. [ Prodding the snowman again. He's so brave when there's nobody here to bite him. Zooming in to it's scowly mouth. ] Now don't be afraid. The were-snow is totally a big softy snow-puppy. It's chill is worse than its bite.

[ He's outright laughing at this point. ] Something tells me I'd probably like the guy.

Probably. Until you realise he is an asshole who doesn't know how to interact with normal people.

Nothing wrong with that. [ He spends most of his time on rooftops watching people instead of interacting with them, so he might be biased. ] Probably needs a hug.

[ Pausing as though he's considering it before he starts to flail. ]

Ugh, no.

You had to think about it. [ Shoulder nudging him. ] Which can only mean you were considering it.

I would die.

[ All in a rush. ] I would be so dead. My body wouldn't even have time to hit the floor before I was snapped up.

If he comes here and he's that much of a threat? [ Casual shrug. ] I can take care of him.

[ Is Hawkeye really offering to do Derek in? Because that would be absolutely amazing. ]

Um, I'm sure that's not going to be a problem.

[ He's got an itch he's been dying to scratch; he's willing to taking anyone deserving out. ]

You know where to find me if he puts in an appearance and becomes a problem.

[ Poor Derek, dealing with Stiles' adopted parents. }

I will come straight for you, sure.

[ But at least he doesn't have to worry about threats. ]

Coulson's not so bad with a ballpoint, either, if you get stuck.

[ Coulson reminds Stiles of his dad. He misses him suddenly. ] That's something I'd totally pay to see.

You might wanna rethink that. S'brutal. But if it happens, I'll be sure to get footage of it. After I duck and cover.

Can be. I take comfort in knowing I'm on the same side.

That's good. [ Can Stiles be on this side? ] Because fighting's hard enough, at least you're his backup.

[ Of course he can. He can be part of the adopted Avengers. ] No one gets to him without coming through me first. [ Except for that one time that weighs on him. ] Never miss.

Of course you don't, you're Hawkeye. [ Yep, nerdy, unholy glee. ]

Never did ask how you got to know my codename. [ But he's not exactly asking out now either. ] Got your back, too, if it ever comes to it.

I'm totally awesome, that's how. [ And woah, did Hawkeye say he had Stiles' back? This place rocks. ]
