[Of course that text was sent from his current vantage point, flattened against a wall in one of the City's more defensible alleys, his water gun held upright and at the ready in one hand. The device is slipped back into a pocket (he really doesn't care if the damn thing gets wet) as he creeps to the edge and takes a cautious - and dramatically reminiscent of action movies - glance around the corner, trying to sight his target of choice.]
