[Here is a video at the beach. Saya's on a towel, while she is wearing a bikini all that's really visible are her bare shoulders.]

I'm told that vacations are good for people. That everyone needs a vacation. So I decided to take one: the Garage will be closed this week. Eames already took the week off as a holiday, so everyone else, enjoy yourselves.

The beach is relatively nice this time of year. It's warm.

[And she just molted so she's appreciating the warmth even more]

I know some people prefer the mountains, though. To get away. What are you getting away from? I'm on one but I don't think I quite understand vacations. Don't people choose to do what they like?

He does a good deal of the heavy lifting, and most of the more sensitive cleaning.

I collect things.

Sometimes. But I rarely get to go on vacations anyway.

Things like bottle caps, maybe?

[ Who's he kidding. He knows what spider's collect. ]

I'm twenty-seven, not five.

But I did have a very extensive butterfly collection for a number of years. Here, it's less delicate. I collect shoes.

[And also body parts.]

Some people take them as a restorative.

[He's still sea-damp but shook himself off like a shaggy dog a little way down the beach before coming to lay his towel beside Saya's.]

That's not the reason I go to the mountains.

[She turns to look at him, shielding her eyes from the sun]

What's the reason you go to the mountains? Snowboarding?

[He in turn rests on one elbow, on his side.]

I was going to say 'to come back down them very fast'. So, yes.

[She shrugs]

You look better in the water.

[And he quirks a (admittedly pleased) grin.]

You've never seen me on the slopes.

The only thing about the cold I enjoy are the clothes.
