Definitely should not be locked up. He gets worse insanity wise if he is.

I'm trying my best to reason with him. He's...kind of a friend. But he's a vampire, so it has to be kept in mind that preying on humans for blood is, well, instinctive for him. I'm at least trying to keep him off the kids.

I haven't heard about any threats, though. He hasn't admitted to any, either.

I came back to the City just in time to see that. He won't be locked up.

Instincts need to be curbed. Thank you for trying to reason with him, but more needs to be done to keep him under control. The person who alerted me to the threats has promised not to use force against Karl when he confronts him, but there are a number of powerful people in this City who will take a more violent approach.

I agree with that. Reasoning with insane people, however....

I'll do what I can. Can't make promises. And if they do get violent that's just going to end up a huge mess. He's already dead, and doesn't care about dying, either.

I did discuss suicide with him. A sense of self-preservation is occasionally the only thing preventing people from acting on impulse and harming others; from what little I know, I think that Karl should be considered exceptionally dangerous.

If no action is taken and more people realize what Karl is up to, the police force will be blamed. With that in mind, can you think of anything that would subdue him?

Oh, I know he's dangerous. That's hard not to notice. But not more so than Rosiel was. Granted, Rosiel's a little easier to barter with.

For now, Karl's willing to lay low, his words. If things get out of hang again, I'll...I don't know. But for now, he's not doing anything. If it turns out he lied, I'll handle it.

Yeah, but he's way, way more dangerous. And I can still handle him.
