Not used to being carried, kitty!Yuri is startled and squirms a little in her arms, claws extended as he clings to her clothes in vague alarm.]

[That's pretty obvious a sign, at least. Rita sighs and strides through the hallways to the kitchen.]

[And once they're in there, she'll place him on the counter.]

[And he goes to a plate of cookies he made last night, noses at the plastic film covering them.]

[Yuri may have lucked out--Rita doesn't really care about whether or not he eats cat food, so she tugs at the film and uncovers the cookies.]
