[ The person that falls out of the sky doesn’t look natural, green skin, wings that span once and curl in on themselves. It’s the shock that does it, makes it impossible to land with any kind of grace, and the splash upon impact sends water cascading over the lip of the fountain.
The boy that eventually climbs out isn’t the same, blonde and built and normal. He looks far from threatening, pushing damp hair out of his eyes, earrings glinting in the light. Teddy finds it’s better to hide it away, to tuck himself in. He glances around himself with a frown, water seeping out from his costume as he stumbles out and straightens up. ]
Uh -. Billy? [ Where the hell is he? ] Tommy? Anyone? Is this a test. I really hope it’s a test. I’m down with the whole quest thing, but mostly when there’s a fellowship with bows, and axes, and the occassional sword. [Why yes, he is rambling. Completely and utterly rambling.
He’s skittish, can’t help himself, turns on his heel to get a closer look at the place. He needs to do recon, that’s what an Avenger would do, right? ] God, I suck at this.

[ Then, blushing. ] I mean, because of the whole legend thing, really. [ Not the books, not at all. ]

[Is she as cheeky as you imagined her to be, Teddy? She shrugs off his comment, anyway, because she figures he means the stories one hears about witches. How recent was it that she told Bucky the cauldrons and potion brewing were real, too? Funny what the Muggles pick up.]

Okay, so I should show you, right? [ A beat. ] You don't have any anti-mutant groups here, do you? Back home they mistake me for one and it can get messy.

[She frowns a little.]
If you mean people who'll panic because of abilities or magic, then no. Loads of us here can do loads of things. I used to hide my being a witch, you know, but it seemed pretty pointless when you see everything else that happens here. I mean, being here's in of itself magical.

[ Grinning, he puts his device on the lip of the fountain, turning to Ginny. ] Ready?
action
[She sets her hands on her hips expectantly.]
Impress me, then.

Okay, so hi.
action
[Not exactly what she expected, though really, should she still be surprised? After all that she's seen here? ... Yes. Yes, she can still be surprised. But pleasantly so because she's laughing, shaking her head.]
Merlin's beard, mate. Maybe a little warning next time? [She pauses, then, with feeling,] Wow.

[She tips her head, brows knit. Maybe a bit like a Polyjuice Potion gone horrifically wrong?]
Can you just do the one form or can you do others?

[ Teddy focuses for a minute, and then he's shifting into a carbon copy of Ginny herself, smiling back at her and giving a little wave. ]

[Yeah, she's got nothing else. This is weird. This is a little creepy. This is kind of awesome? Mostly, though, she's just sort of shocked.]

Sorry, you looked sort've terrified.

[She shakes her head, a sheepish grin stretching across her face.]
I've not seen a trick like that since my friend Tonks, and I don't think she's ever changed into me, before. That was wicked!

Sometimes it can freak people out, so.

I mean, it's a bit unsettling, yeah. But it really shouldn't be, not to me, at least. Magic's magic.

You'll really love Billy then, you two have to meet.

But I'm not worried. He usually turns up wherever I go.

I know it sounds weird to hope someone shows up here, but the company's always comforting. And on a weekend like this one, who knows? All sorts of people turn up.
