There's a lot of people out today, aren't there? And I don't recognize most of them. Hello everybody, nice to meet you! If you want a tour or something while you're here, I'm happy to provide!

[Elmer will be wandering around town the rest of the day, having fun being part of the crowd. He'll also be stopping for groceries at some point, so feel free to bump into him there too.]

[Eleanor Lamb is trying her best to not mind the crowd. It's a lot to take in but after hearing several people state that it will end soon, she relaxes and continues about her day.

She's currently at the grocery, purchasing things for dinner. Probably just pasta since she's not the best at cooking.]

[Elmer, meanwhile, has managed to find bread, cheese, milk, some meat, a box of incredibly colorful cereal...and is now staring at a can of SpaghettiO's.

After a moment he'll turn to Eleanor to ask:]

Hey, do you know how to open this?

[Eleanor turns, looking at the can in his hand.] You'll need a can opener for it.

[She scans the aisle quickly, spotting a hand operated can opener nearby. Pulling it down, she holds it out to him.] Here.

Can opener! That's a nice name for it. Very self-descriptive.

[He takes the can opener, glances from it to the can...experimentally attempts putting the one to the other....]

I also think you have to pay for the things first. [She's grinning, though. Whoever this gentleman is, he's certainly interesting.] I'm Eleanor.

You think they'll get mad at me if I open it before buying? [He chuckles, but obediently puts the things back in his shopping basket.] I'm Elmer! Nice to meet you.
