[The sound of a haunting melody being sung near the fountain can be heard. Anyone who has the fortune or misfortune of being at or near the fountain will be in for a treat as this seemingly young...and very pregnant woman with a boyish figure and features sings out without a care in the world.

After she finishes her impromptu performance, the young woman looks around. Suddenly the boyish features melt away, her short black hair and boyish figure are gone and in her place stands a still pregnant woman but there is nothing boyish about her as she pushes her now long black hair off of her shoulders. She giggles a bit, it’s not even certain if she knows that her device is broadcasting, until she finally speaks.]

Now this place feels familiar~ Am I dreaming? [Her hand moves down to the swell of her stomach.] It doesn’t matter as long as you’re with me, my precious little ones.

[She looks up after a moment, a brief look of clarity on her face before a knowing smile finds her lips.] ...Though I think someone we know is here.

[She laughs again as something catches her eye off screen. Suddenly the feed is cut but not before a startled yelp coming from someone else can be heard.]

She and I are twins. Did they never tell you? Karl told me that Saya was here, you didn't meet her?

[Her quizzical expression turns to a delighted smile.]

My babies will be born soon.

No, I never got to meet her. [Twins. Fuck. You don't mess with twins. He almost wants to stop talking to her, but-]

You're pregnant?! You gonna have the babies here? In this place? [He's wondering if babies can get cured. He sure hopes not.]

It's just as well. [It's probably a good thing since she would really hate it if the strange boy said he liked Saya. She's still annoyed that everyone kept choosing her sister over here anyway.]

I am and there is not much to done for it. As long as they are with me, I know they'll be safe.

[Because she'll kill anyone who tries to harm them.]

[He'd probably like Saya if he ever did meet her, but he likes most people. He likes Sol, against his will, and Karl, more than he wants to.] Yeah, it probably is. If I knew you both, I'd be asking for trouble.

[He goes very soft at that. A mother that loves her children. A parent that sounds so caring.] Is Karl gonna help you with them? Kids aren't too easy to handle, I wouldn't think.

[And she knows several people who would agree with him on that. But again she's more focus on the fact that she finally gets to be a mother. She's been waiting forever for these children.]

He said that would. [It will be more difficult than she realizes but she has a natural instinct for motherhood. Funny how it suits her.] But even if he wasn't around, I'd take care of them myself.

It's good you don't have to do it alone, though.

Karl wouldn't eat them, would he? [He doesn't even think it about it. The question just rolls right out of his mouth.]

[Cue Diva laughing. Laughing hard at that question.

You're only human, so she doesn't expect you to understand the relationship that a Queen has with her Chevaliers.]

You're so silly~ Of course he wouldn't.

[He finds this reaction better than most have to his words sometimes.]

Good. I just...never know with that guy. [Hehe. Setsuna being human. Well, that's his goal once he's out of here. And here's to hoping Karl never sets her straight on that one.]
