A curse day may not be the most appropriate time to ask this, but it is necessary.

I require a bodyguard. Someone who is willing and able to fulfill various functions, actually, but bodyguard is the main one. Also, I am too young to be living on my own.

[ ooc; Have at her. Anything goes, essentially. ]

Okay, Let's see what's in the center then! [and Dash flies off. She's going a steady pace so Icy can see all the things.] I love flying. It's so freeing and nice up here. My other friend, fluttershy, she almost never flies, and she's a pegasus too. I just don't understand that.

[ Ivy stares down and oohs and aahs at times, the little child in full control. ]

It is very nice up here.

[all the oohs and aahs just make Dash happy!]

It really is! There's nothing like taking a swim in the clouds either. Hey, you want me to walk on some?

Yes, I would like that. [ It sounds wonderful. What eleven-year-old wouldn't like it? ]

[So Dash heads off, and lands on some clouds.]

They're really soft and nice. I don't think I could ever sleep on the ground.

You sleep in the clouds?

Sure do! My house and bed are made of them! I've got a really nice place too since I'm the head pony for weather control in Ponyville.

A house and bed of clouds. That sounds very nice.

[ Ivy leans down a little so that she can touch the cloud. Logic dictates that she not get off the pony's back, though. The cloud would most likely not hold her. ]

Be careful. I'm pretty sure you'd fall through. [dash takes up a clump of clouds, which takes on a more solid shape in her hoof. She hands it to Ivy.] Here you go. It's my pegasus magic. [if she's careful it will stay in a clump, but it's like a bubble and will fan out if she tries to poke at it.]

I like your magic. [ Ivy takes the clump, turning it this and that way. ]

[no pony else ever really cared about her work, which was annoying some times. Ivy was a big boost to her ego]

Thanks! I can make it thunder and rain too!

Could you refrain from demonstrating while I am still outside?

[ poking the clump and watching it wobble a bit. ]

[Dash laughs and just walks around in the cloud while she enjoys the bit she gave her]

Yeah, I can do that, no prob. This place is kinda cool.

I only wish Kincaid were here. [ pretending the cloudy bit is a ball, now, just passing it back and forth between her own hands. ]

[Dash kind of likes the company up here. All the other creatures were on the ground, and it just wasn't here place. She just trots around while she listens.]

Kincaid? is that your old bodyguard? [she flicks a bit more cloud onto of Ivy's head with her tail. New hat!]

Well, I'm here, for at lest a little while. I'll cheer you up!

Yes. My bodyguard and driver and babysitter. [ Ivy giggles for a moment, hands going up to touch her new hat. She stiffles the sound after a moment. ]

I do not need cheering up.

Well, okay. You're cheering me up though. Is that cool to do?

[ pondering that for a long moment ] Yes. I think I like doing that. It is nice.

Awesome! I love being with others! [she trots to the edge of the clouds] So. how about we go over and check out that garden place from the sky, huh?

Xanadu? Yes, let's.

[ Hands going to the mane again. ]

Xanadu, huh? Got it! [Dash flaps her wings, which makes the hat and toy go away. After all, she used those wings to clean the clouds.]

Off we go! [dash flies off, a little faster then before, but not super fast.]

[ Ivy keeps herself from whooping, but it's a close thing. She may know a lot, but knowing does not equate feeling and the exhilaration that comes with flying like this is something new to her.

[Dash smiles happily anyways. she knows the joy of flight is something anyone should have! It doesn't take her long to get to the garden. She slows down as they looks over the pretty flowers]

My friend Fluttershy would love to see this.

IT is very pretty.
