Someone told me that before it stopped. When it did, the barrier went down and harpies came in. I wanted to know if there were any other incidents like that one.

I'm not sure about the carousel in any specific sense, but I know the clock stopped around the same time.

I think once before, though I can't be certain - I've only been in the City just over a year.

Is that where the theory comes from? Or was the theory that the clock is counting down destruction to our homeworlds started before this incident?
