[Good afternoon, City. You may notice a few new additions throughout the downtown area. In fact, they're awfully hard to miss: enormous purple and orange boxes with a 'W' printed on them, and - is that lid hinged?

Get close enough and you'll find out.

At a touch, or if a person spends more than a few seconds in its proximity, the lid springs open, revealing a grinning redheaded figurine wearing a garishly purple suit and a tie that you really oughtn't look at for too long if you value your retinas. In its hands is a sign that reads:

WEASLEYS' WIZARD WHEEZES IS NOW OPEN
[ADDRESS]
MENTION "FLABBERGASTED LEECHES" FOR 10% OFF ONE ITEM!

And then, thirty seconds after opening, there is a burst of confetti before the lid slams shut again.
