I'm avoiding black and red because I bet a lot of girls will wear those. Uncreative and uninspired.

When a girl doesn't know what to wear to an occasion, she wears black. The slightly craftier girls figure out that everyone will wear black, so they wear red to stand out.

And the room starts to look like a deck of playing cards.

Red, black, and invariably possessing a couple of jokers? Sounds right to me. :)
